Our Staff
Our staff is radically committed to reaching all people with Nothing But Jesus, and applying Jesus to all of our ministries. The process of becoming a pastor in our denomination is very difficult, which means that our pastors have been trained professionally, and have studied for many years to become pastors. They each have real-life experience that allows them to relate well to those who are skeptical of Christianity, those who have been Christians for decades, to young people, and to older people.
Our staff also has a lot of fun! We love serving together and meeting the many new people that God brings to our campuses. You can get to know our staff at a Newcomers’ Lunch, through our Membership Class, or simply by serving in a ministry alongside them!
Randy Voight
Director of Red Lion Campus Ministry Operationsoffice: 302.834.4772 ext. 107Randy Voight is the Director of Ministry Operations at Reach Church meeting at the Red Lion Campus. He has been a member of Reach Church since November 1996 and has served in various ministry roles as a volunteer before joining our staff in 2010. Over the years, he has served as both our youth director and worship leader before moving into his current position. Randy has grown up and lived in the Bear area his whole life and has a heart for the surrounding communities. He is currently a student at The North American Reformed Seminary and is pursuing ordination as a pastor.
