Our Staff
Our staff is radically committed to reaching all people with Nothing But Jesus, and applying Jesus to all of our ministries. The process of becoming a pastor in our denomination is very difficult, which means that our pastors have been trained professionally, and have studied for many years to become pastors. They each have real-life experience that allows them to relate well to those who are skeptical of Christianity, those who have been Christians for decades, to young people, and to older people.
Our staff also has a lot of fun! We love serving together and meeting the many new people that God brings to our campuses. You can get to know our staff at a Newcomers’ Lunch, through our Membership Class, or simply by serving in a ministry alongside them!
DaQuan Gibson is campus pastor at our Red Lion Campus and also serves and the Head of the Red Lion Christian Academy Bible Department. DaQuan recently served as chaplain and Bible teacher at Wilmington Christian School where he also led the boys’ high school basketball team as head coach to some of their best seasons ever. DaQuan was also previously a Bible teacher, basketball coach and Physical Education teacher at Delaware County Christian School.
A Muslim convert to Christianity, DaQuan enjoys his relation with Christ and looks forward to opportunities to share Christ with others. DaQuan lives with his wife Bay and their three children. In his spare time you can find DaQuan at a coffee shop, local park or hanging with his family.
