Our Staff
Our staff is radically committed to reaching all people with Nothing But Jesus, and applying Jesus to all of our ministries. The process of becoming a pastor in our denomination is very difficult, which means that our pastors have been trained professionally, and have studied for many years to become pastors. They each have real-life experience that allows them to relate well to those who are skeptical of Christianity, those who have been Christians for decades, to young people, and to older people.
Our staff also has a lot of fun! We love serving together and meeting the many new people that God brings to our campuses. You can get to know our staff at a Newcomers’ Lunch, through our Membership Class, or simply by serving in a ministry alongside them!
Sandra served as a volunteer in various ministry positions for the past 25 years. Some of her roles included middle and high school youth leader, young adult leader, and most recently the Community Engagement Coordinator at a multi-site church in her native state of New Jersey. She relocated to Delaware to be closer to her family and is enjoying her new role following a career as a special education teacher. After growing up near the Jersey shore, her first choice to unplug and relax is the beach and she loves fun times with her two nephews. Whether it was mixing cement for the foundation of a church, organizing VBS for children in the poorest communities, or visiting an orphanage, some of her favorite memories took place on mission trips, mentoring students and sharing the love of Jesus to those in need.
Sandra has a passion for helping people in all of our campuses connect and find ways to use their gifts to serve together and make a lasting difference in the community. She enjoys interacting with staff and students in our Reach Family of Schools and loves the chance to collaborate on outreach opportunities. Sandra’s vision is for Reach to be a church that consistently steps out in faith to pray and believe for big things! She wants to continue to create a culture important to the community around us. She is excited to be part of ministry at Reach Church, to offer service opportunities, to have deeper relationships with each other and to know Nothing but Jesus.
